A long white-sand beach on Bacuit Bay's north shore backed by Ayala Land's 325-hectare Lio estate - beachfront restaurants, the Shops@Lio promenade, Kalye Artisano craft stalls and the El Nido (Lio) airport a short walk inland.

Lio is Ayala Land's first tourism estate (Ten Knots), with hotels including Casa Kalaw, Balai Adlao, Hotel Covo, Huni Lio and Seda Lio; 146 of 325 hectares kept as forest, mangrove and wetland reserve. Kalye Artisano craft market at 11.2056, 119.4190 (OSM way 1226725799). Mercury Drug pharmacy is in Lio (OSM way 756251642). No marina; the beach faces west-northwest across the bay, so anchor off only in settled NE-monsoon conditions and sound in. About 15 minutes by tricycle from town. Philstar's writer sailed from Lio on a 50-ft catamaran of the El Nido Yachting Club.
