A protected Blue Flag cove just inside Punta Palmilla where local fishermen launch their pangas each morning - and the swim start and finish of the Los Cabos Ironman.

Coordinate is approximate: placed on the shore east of the One&Only Palmilla, beside the beach parking lots mapped in OpenStreetMap north of Punta Palmilla (23.007 N 109.713 W). Visit Los Cabos: protected coves, Blue Flag swimming beach, snorkeling over a wide area of marine life, and you can sometimes buy fresh catch from the fishermen; facilities are limited, so bring what you need. Palmilla Reef (see entry) lies just off the point.
