Bora Bora has no boatyard, but a few cruiser-recommended tradespeople handle diesel, outboard, welding and canvas jobs. Anything bigger goes to Raiatea.

Arthur Demachy ('One Life L'Atelier'), canvas and upholstery, lives aboard near the Yacht Club and comes to your boat: +689 87 23 94 01 (WhatsApp). A dive shop across from Super U stocks some marine items. One cruiser could not get Camping Gaz refilled in Bora Bora or Huahine and bought a local 13 kg bottle instead; Raiatea Carenage and Papeete fill blue Camping Gaz bottles (Floating Lab). Noonsite: Raiatea is far better equipped for repairs, haul-out and oil disposal. Coordinate is Vaitape center (approx).
