Lumbarda's sandy soil grows Grk, a rare white grape found almost nowhere else, and around eight family wineries make it. A tasting is the main reason many crews spend a second night here.
Practical
The cellars are within walking distance of the marina; book tastings a day ahead in summer. Grk vines need Plavac Mali planted alongside to pollinate.
