Kaprije Harbour (Kaprije)
43° 41.2′ N · 15° 42.4′ E
A deep, quiet bay on the island of Kaprije, home to about 100 people, with a small village at its head. The village pier, mooring buoys and three konobas make it an easy, low-key overnight.
Practical
Coordinate is the harbour (OSM node 928137211). The village pier has about 18 berths with water and electricity; about 18-24 buoys lie deeper in the bay, sometimes shared by two boats. The bay opens to N and NW, so in a NW wind the inside of the pier is the best shelter. Sandy bottom with good holding for anchoring. No proper toilets or showers on the pier (2012 report). Small mini-market; bread comes on the morning and midday ferries. East of the village is another buoy field with a konoba. Mala Nozdra on the south side has konobas with buoys and a floating jetty.
Best for
A quiet village night in the outer Šibenik islands
Season
