Bobovišća (Brač)
43° 21.1′ N · 16° 27.6′ E
A quiet two-armed bay on Brač's west coast, one of the closest island stops to Split. A small stone village with two restaurants, a bar and a tiny shop sits in the south-east arm.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM bay node 'Uvala Bobovišća'. Entrance depth 8-12 m. Roughly 20 buoys on the north side and about 20 near the entrance; at the entrance buoys you take a line ashore, in the eastern cove you tie bow and stern to two buoys. Staff help with mooring. About 10 boats can berth on the village promenade with water and power. Sheltered from everything except the maestral (NW). Do not go to the very end of the north-east arm (Vića): a submerged ancient wall lies there and it is shallow and weedy. Buoy field: +385 91 500 1619, sidristebobovisca@gmail.com. A charter guide puts the town quay at roughly €45-70 a night for 33-56 ft (June 2026).
